90 Day Fiancé: Molly’s Daughter Olivia – Arrested Again!

Molly Hopkins has found herself in the headlines again! First, word spread about her friendship with business partner and “Pillow Talk” sofa partner Cynthia Decker. As first reported by Merrypants, their friendship and business relationship was over. Then, news broke that Molly’s relationship with Kelly Brown was also over. As first reported, sources reveal one of the causes of the break-up was Molly’s older daughter: “Evil Olivia.”

WOTSR has previously reported on the antics of Molly and Olivia. Olivia filed an accusation against Kelly, accusing him of choking-slamming her. The case has been dismissed for lack of evidence. Molly is now suing her former business partner Cynthia for “abandoning” the business they both founded in 2006. Molly is claiming in her suit – amongst other things – that Cynthia has “abandoned” LiviRae to build her dream home, “leaving Plaintiff to manage the day-to-day operations, as well as all accounting, inventory, human resources, licensure requirements, vendor relations, social media interactions, and additional revenue opportunities and business and/or charity functions.”

Due to the implosion of their business partnership, Cynthia has now put her dream home up for sale.

Olivia’s involvement with the drama at LiviRae has also been well documented. As previously reported, Cynthia called the police because of Olivia’s out-of-control behavior at LiviRae one day last year.

Then came allegations of Kelly “choke-slamming” Olivia the same day Kelly released this racist and demeaning message from Olivia on his social media.

As previously reported, the incident report against Kelly was closed for lack of evidence.

As previously reported, there seems to be a pattern of misbehavior at LiviRae. Not only is Olivia prone to her tantrums, but her mother, Molly, is prone to striking out as well as evidenced by this police report filed by Cynthia against Molly

Now Olivia has found herself in trouble with the law again. Olivia served 12 months of probation after pleading guilty to simple battery, family violence in February. This was a plea concerning an assault on her mother, Molly, in October 2020. It seems like Olivia has violated her probation.

According to the arrest warrant, Olivia “was in possession of fentanyl by consumption, on or about 3/1/23, and tested positive for said substance(s) on a Cherokee Probation administered drug screen on 3/1/23. Test results were later confirmed positive by QLabs on 3/7/23.”

Another violation was Olivia also “failed to enter a Family Violence Intervention Program within 14 days of sentencing.”

As of press time, Olivia is still being held in custody.
