Cynthia and Kelly Reunite: The Collateral Damage Of Molly

The last few months have been crazy for 90-Day Fiancé star Molly Hopkins. First, there was news that her long-time friendship with her Pillow Talk co-star Cynthia Decker was over. As previously posted by Merrypants, Cynthia responded to a fan’s question about whether she would be appearing on future episodes with Molly and revealed that their friendship is fractured, so the possibility of seeing Cynthia on future Pillow Talk episodes would be unlikely.

News then broke that Molly’s relationship with Kelly Brown – who viewers witnessed their love match on 90 Day Fiance: The Single Life develop – was also over. As exclusively reported by Merrypants, a source close to the family named one of the reasons behind the implosion of this relationship: Molly’s older daughter Olivia.

There was a lot more news to come. First, there was Molly’s lawsuit against Cynthia, accusing her of “abandoning” the business they both founded in 2006. Then an alleged “choke-slam” by Kelly against Olivia. Then a police report was filed by Cynthia against both Olivia and Molly within days of each other. Finally, another man was coming forward to say he was seriously involved with Molly while she was courting Kelly – needless to say, there is a lot of collateral damage left behind.

Kelly and Cynthia decided to get together with Cynthia’s family at her home this past weekend and join in friendship. Cynthia shared a reel to her Instagram where she sits with Kelly and her husband in her home and says, “you got a friend in me! Out of all the bull%$h&% we have gain an amazing friend! We love you @kellykb2022 you are our friend for life! @stizzed My hubby for being an amazing man!”

As previously reported, Kelly had already caught Molly sending inappropriate photos to another man at the beginning of their relationship but believed her when she said the married man who worked at the airport was “a clout chaser.” Kelly and Molly’s relationship was “over” but Molly convinced him – according to a source close to the situation- to give it one more try. They headed to Florida to film the 90 Day Couples Therapy show.

But now, it has come to the attention of WOTSR that while Molly was convincing Kelly to film the Couples Therapy show to “work things out,” she was actually in contact with someone from her past. While Kelly was trying to work things out with Molly during this “Couples Therapy” retreat, Molly was communicating with her ex and sending inappropriate pictures. She and her ex were communicating back and forth during this period while she was convincing Kelly to “work things out” one more time for Couples Therapy.

Kelly and Cynthia getting together and forming a bond seem only natural since they have both been through a traumatic experience. As previously reported, both have experienced the wrath of Molly’s daughter Olivia. Kelly once shared an abusive and racist text message that Olivia sent him. At the same time Kelly shared this message on social media was when Olivia filed a police incident report for the alleged “choke slam” incident that occurred three months prior.

As previously reported, Cynthia was having problems with Olivia at LiviRae, which prompted her to call the police to the store on January 22, 2023, due to Olivia’s out-of-control behavior terrorizing store employees. Olivia’s increasingly out-of-control behavior and Molly’s refusal to control it finally lead Cynthia to break her silence. Cynthia finally filed her police incident report against Molly about an assault on June 3, 2020, at LiviRae.

While Molly continues her business at LiviRae, Kelly and Cynthia pick up the pieces of their lives and move on the best they can. 

The friendship bond Cynthia and Kelly formed from their trauma is the silver lining to the cloud. Hopefully, they can use the comfort of their friendship to move forward. Who knows?
