First up is Kris living in the Bible Belt. She is moving to Columbia for Jeymi, her true love whom she hasn’t met in person just yet.

Then the viewers meet Jen and Rishi (and his hair). Jen and Rishi met in an Indian hotel lobby while she was on vacation and he was at work modeling.

Finally, Danielle and Yohan are a returning couple from another spinoff: 90 Day Fiancé: Love in Paradise. When Danielle decides she is moving to the Dominican Republic instead of Yohan moving to New York, viewers decided they might be confused about what show they were supposed to be on. Also, Danielle deciding to give up her pension for Yohan and the beach life was another point of contention for fans.
