90 Day Fiancé: The Last Resort – Warrant NOT DISMISSED for Kelly Brown!

Viewers watched this season of 90 Day Fiancé: The Last Resort as several 90 Day Fiancé couples try to navigate their relationship issues through couples therapy. With a team of professionals who provide therapy sessions and other activities at their beck and call, the different personalities hope to save their relationships.

As previously reported first exclusively here – Molly and Kelly’s relationship was long doomed before they reached the Isla Bella Resort. With accusations of cheating and abandonment of the relationship – it all came to a head in early February 2023. First – Kelly published to his social media an email sent to him by Molly’s older daughter Olivia, which shocked 90 Day Fiancé fans:

The aftermath was even more shocking. On February 2, 2023, Olivia filed an incident report with the Cobb County Police Department. She stated that on November 21, 2022, Kelly allegedly “choke-slammed” her at LiviRae Lingerie. When the case was ultimately closed by the detective in charge of the manner – the case was later refiled with the Magistrate Court of Cobb County. On July 3, 2023, Kelly’s arrest warrant was issued in Cobb County Magistrate Court. You can read more about that here.

Despite an InTouch Weekly report that states the “Warrant Against Kelly Brown – Dismissed,” WOTSR can confirm that this is NOT TRUE. This seems like another case of sloppy journalism.

The original warrant issued by the Magistrate Court is listed as warrant no. 23-WA-252. As explained in a statement from a source close to WOTSR from the Cobb County Magistrate Court, it “became 23-W-5987 which listed an incorrect charge.”

The court records further explain: “The warrant was only dismissed so it could be taken out with the correct charges which is 23-W-6137. Those charges have not been dismissed”.

Unfortunately, a huge online publication such as InTouch Weekly didn’t take a moment to cross-reference this information. A ten-minute search would have confirmed a “source’s exclusive scoop” was incorrect. It is all in public records. Journalism 101 – Double-check your sources. What do you think?
