90 Day Fiancé: EXCLUSIVE: Warrant For Kelly’s Arrest!!

90 Day Fiancé: The Single Life viewers watched as Molly Hopkins and Kelly Brown tried to find love. Kelly is a retired NYPD detective, and Molly is looking for a man to love and care for her. After her marriage to Luis Mendes imploded on 90 Day Fiancé, Molly lived a single life. She then met Kelly, and it looked like she had met her love match.

When viewers last saw the couple on Single Life, Kelly was ready to transition his life to Georgia. Fans last saw the couple pictured together publicly in November 2022 at Atlanta’s Women’s Expo.

Unfortunately, soon after this photo was taken, their relationship would implode. As previously reported, by January 2023 – Molly and Kelly were officially over. There were many reasons why the relationship didn’t work. According to sources close to Kelly and Molly – Molly was inappropriately communicating with many men during her relationship with Kelly – including her current boyfriend, the self-proclaimed “prison kingpin.”

Then as previously reported, Kelly allegedly received messages from the wife of an airport worker who saw inappropriate messages from Molly on her husband’s phone. When Kelly confronted Molly about it, she made excuses, and Kelly – who just moved to Georgia – chose to believe her. WOTSR also exclusively spoke to another man who claimed he was in a relationship with Molly when she started seeing Kelly. This man finally broke off his relationship when he realized Molly was filming “Single Life.” 

After Kelly and Molly parted ways in January 2023, another reason would surface as a cause of the breakup: Molly’s daughter Olivia. On February 2, 2023 – Kelly posted this email from Olivia to his Instagram story. The caption read “This is what I had to deal with when I moved to Georgia. But they will paint an innocent picture”.

On the same day, at 8:21 pm, Olivia filed an incident report with the Cobb County Police Department. Part of the police officer’s statement is below:

“On 02/02/2023, 2021 hours, I responded to the LivRae Lingerie store in regard to an assault that occurred on 11/21/2022 at approximately 1500 hrs. When I arrived on scene, I met with Olivia Hopkins. Olivia stated that on 11/21/2022, she was in the store with her mother, Molly Hopkins, and Kimberly. Olivia was working behind the counter when Molly’s boyfriend, Kelli Brown, walked into the store. Kelli was angry with Olivia because of problems with Olivia’s boyfriend. Olivia and Kelli both argued with each other. Kelli stated that he would come at her. Olivia said to come at her then. At which point, Kelli rushed to the counter, grabbed Olvia by her neck, and slammed her against the wall. Kelli then threw Olivia to the ground. Olivia stated that she could not breathe when Kelli grabbed her by the neck. Olivia stated that she waited a long time to report the incident because she did not want to stress her mouth during that time and because Kelli is a former NYPD detective. Olivia stated that both Molly and Kimberly witnessed the event.”

After corresponding with the detective in the Cobb County Police department assigned to his case for over a month – Kelly was assured on April 15, “your case with her should be closed now and available to get a copy of now….sorry for the inconvenience” The case was eventually listed as “inactive.” Kelly received the following statement from the detective assigned to the case.

As previously reported, on April 4, 2023, Olivia was arrested and charged with a probation violation. Olivia was on probation for an assault against her mother in October 2020. Olivia tested positive for fentanyl during her routine drug screening and was arrested.

During this period, a criminal complaint was filed on her behalf against Kelly for the alleged “choke slam” incident back in November 2022 with the Magistrate Court in Cobb County, GA. A hearing date was scheduled for April 24, 2023. Kelly – who is trying to formulate a plan to move on with his life since his breakup with Molly – retains local legal counsel to help him navigate this process.

In an exclusive phone interview with Kelly, he reveals that on April 24, 2023, he appeared in Magistrate Court in Cobb County with the attorney he retained. He explained his side to the judge. Olivia was not at the hearing because she was incarcerated for the parole violation. The judge wanted to hear both sides. The judge decided to adjourn his decision until he could hear from Olivia.

On June 7, 2023, a motion was filed and granted for the hearing to be adjourned to July 3, 2023. Kelly – who has now moved out of GA – was reassured at the first hearing by the judge and his attorney that his attendance at this second one was unnecessary. Kelly had faith that his attorney would properly represent him.

Kelly reveals exclusively to WOTSR he is “dismayed, disgusted and disappointed” by the representation he received. The information he received about the hearing yesterday was disturbing, and Kelly reached out to WOTSR to explain what occurred.

Kelly was informed that Olivia and Molly attended the court hearing yesterday and spoke to the judge. According to Kelly, Molly informed the judge she is also a “victim” of Kelly. Kelly was informed that Molly told the judge that she was shoved down by Kelly in his haste to “choke-slam” Olivia. Kelly reveals that he is especially disappointed in his legal counsel, who did not take an opportunity to call him during the hearing to let him know what was happening. As of press time Kelly says he still has not been able to properly communicate with his attorney.

Kelly now has a warrant for his arrest in Cobb County, GA. The charges include “simple battery with intent to cause harm”, “simple battery”, “terroristic threats/acts” and “harassing communications”. In his exclusive phone interview with WOTSR, Kelly expressed his disappointment with being unable to defend himself against these new allegations. Kelly expresses a desire to move forward with his life and reveals that he no longer lives in Georgia. Kelly reveals to WOTSR that life was not always easy with Molly and Olivia, and he is at a stage where he would like to put all the toxicity behind him. Molly and Kelly will appear in the new 90 Day Therapy show next month as a “last resort.” Was Molly appearing in front of the judge and pleading her case as a sudden “victim” of Kelly’s Molly’s “last resort”?

Kelly intends to retain new competent legal counsel to fight these new accusations and help him navigate a complex and unfamiliar legal system.
