Love After Lockup: Nicolle and Tia: Two Different Stories & Lives

Nicolle Bradley and Tia Simmons were first introduced to Love After Lockup viewers when “inmate” Nicolle was actively “seeing” Daonte Sierra. When Tia was introduced to viewers as Nicolle’s prison girlfriend, she suffered from serious health issues. Tia confided to Nicolle that she was very sick with a liver issue and needed surgery. Nicolle and Tia decided to get married, which led to a memorable Love After Lockup scene with Daonte spying on them on their special day. The fight afterward with Daonte and Tia threatened to ruin their special day.

A year ago, the happy couple appeared on the YouTube channel Kiki and Kibbitz for an interview. At the time, Nicolle and Tia discussed the possibility of having children and detailed plans for their future together. Nicolle also discussed her relationship with Daonte and how the show affected her relationship with Tia. A year later, Nicolle and Tia seem to be very different. Tia recently reappeared on Kiki and Kibbitz to provide an update. She confirmed that even though she and Nicolle may not physically be together right now – Tia lives in South Carolina now – she is “working on her marriage.” Tia believes time and space will help their relationship. Tia still wants to have children and raves about her nephew, who she adores.

Tia says she lives with her brother and has two jobs – even though she wouldn’t specify what they were. Tia insists she is sober “a year and change” and has found God. She credits God for where she is today. Check out the full interview with Tia below!

Nicolle recently appeared on the YouTube channel @Geo Malak, and she and Tia are not on the same page! Nicolle confirmed she is living on her own in her apartment. She is “DoorDashing etc.” for work and hasn’t “danced in the bikini bar in seven months.” After her recent recent – reported exclusively here – Nicolle also says she is sober and “working out is my drug.”

She says her and Tia’s breakup is “far beyond the show,” and she is currently “going through a divorce.” She says she hasn’t seen Tia in “three to four or five to six months.” She also admits she has been “hanging out” with Daonte. In Nicolle’s words, Nicolle and Tia are still “technically married.” It seems from these two interviews they are still on different pages regarding their relationship. Will we see Nicolle back on TV again? Will she be able to fix her relationship with Tia? Only time will tell.
