LALU: Where Are They Now? Are Updates in The Making?

With the new season of Love During Lockup almost a month away, fans are craving any Felon Friday action. With episodes of “Mama June – Family Crisis” airing in the time slot usually reserved for episodes of “Love After Lockup” and its spin-offs – fans are having a crisis of their own on Friday nights.

Many viewers may wonder what happened to couples from past seasons – so-called “OG” couples. Andrea Jackson from season one of Love After Lockup recently revealed her husband Lamar recently returned to prison.

Andrea recently posted to her IG story and captioned it “my nights.”

As previously reported, Angela Ables from season one of Love After Lockup is officially divorced from Tony Woods! It took a long time, but she finally got her long-awaited divorce, and it was party time for Angela!

What about other cast members, you may ask? Sources close to WOTSR tell us viewers are getting their wish. There is a Love After Lockup “Where Are They Now” update show in the works, currently filming in multiple locations with multiple cast members! More cast members are due to film in the next coming weeks!

Rumors are flying that many cast members will return to update viewers on their current status. A few possible that were mentioned to WOTSR to be allegedly returning are:

Hayley & Dalton Love During Lockup – Season 1

Sources close to WOTSR confirm that Dalton has been released and reunited with Hayley and Hendrix. As seen on Hayley’s Instagram- Hayley is “defying her haters.” Hayley posted this picture of her and Dalton kissing and later, in a separate post, clarified that Dalton “is amazing with Hendrix”.

Shavel & Qualyon – Love After Lockup – Season 3

Sources close to WOTSR confirm that Shavel and Qualyon are filming for an update. Shavel has gone through a lot with a fire in her home and moving to Texas. She has also gone through a makeover! A source also reveals to WOTSR they are allegedly engaged! This is all great news for an update for this couple!

Shavel and Qualyon have posted hints to their IG stories, which may mean they are filming together.

Jessika (formerly with Dustin) Love During Lockup Season 1

As previously reported, Dustin Phillips has been in and out of jail numerous times since his release. Sources tell WOTSR that Jessika will be providing viewers with an update on what has been happening in her life since Dustin’s release. We can assume she will also fill viewers in on the ongoing process of covering up the huge “Phillips” tattoo on her stomach.

Chazz Haribson Life After Lockup Season 4

When viewers last saw Chazz, his wife Branwin Jones living her best life with her ex Yola. Sources tell WOTSR that this multifaceted cat lover will also update fans on his current status.

Santiba Webb – Love During Lockup – Season 1 (formerly with Talsey) * update as of 6/20/2023

As previously reported, Santiba has found a new love. After the disaster with Talsey, fans will be happy to see she has moved on. Santiba announced her return to our TV screens on her social media – “Just a fun question for of ya’ll how’d you like to see me on the best television network WeTv, again. Just wondering. 🤭🤭”

Tiffany Bolton (formerly with Kevin) Life After Lockup – Season 4

Tiffany has been posting (after a long absence) to her social media with her current boyfriend, Thomas Yates. Will viewers be introduced to Tiffany and her new boo in an update segment?

Tyrice Sanders (formerly with Chandra) Love After Lockup – Season 3

Tyrice is famous for his blue suit on his season of Love After Lockup. While his relationship with Chandra didn’t work out – many viewers wonder what is happening with him now. Based on his social media activity – and the frequency of his IG lives -they may get their wish in an “update” segment soon.

Indie – Life After Lockup (formerly with Harry) Season 3

Indie and her family were popular on her season of Life After Lockup. It would be natural for the viewers to want an update on her and her family. As previously reported , Harry has been arrested – so viewers are curious to see what Indie is up to now in her “single life.” With her family and occasional cast member cameos – her update segments would be lovely and fun.

Nicolle Love After Lockup Season 3

Finally, there is Nicolle. She recently announced on her Instagram, “Stay tunnnned. Big news coming soon.” Is she announcing a possible return for a LALU update segment? If so – with whom? As previously reported – Tia and Nicolle are on different pages regarding their marriage. Or is Nicolle’s “big news” her court date? I guess “stay tunnnnned” and see.

Stay strong, bunkies – Love During Lockup returns in July. Updates are being filmed with cast members from the past to bring you up to speed.
