Mugshots in Lingerie: The Staff At LiviRae

This year has brought many changes to the business known as LiviRae Lingerie. What was initially launched in 2006 with a line of credit secured by partner Cynthia Decker didn’t look the same. There were many changes to the business. Not all of them were positive. LiviRae Lingerie has come a long way since they were first featured on the Lifetime “Double Divas” series in 2013. 

Molly Hopkins is the other partner of LiviRae Lingerie and the “face” of the business. When she appeared on season five of “90 Day Fiance” with her now ex-husband Luis Mendez, her personal life and business was catapulted into the spotlight. When her marriage with Luis eventually dissolved, Molly and her business partner, “BFF” Cynthia would appear on a popular 90 Day Fiance spinoff: Pillow Talk.

While Molly and Cynthia sat on the sofa and shared snacks and jokes like BFFs usually do – according to sources close to the situation – it was the complete opposite situation behind the scenes. While Molly and Cynthia portrayed everything as perfect to the world -as previously reported -it was not. 

Molly raged on June 3, 2020, taking her anger out on Cynthia. As documented in a police report filed by Cynthia, Molly allegedly “struck her in the back of the head, with a closed fist on June 3, 2020. Mrs. Decker stated Mrs. Hopkins also kicked her in the right leg, leaving a bruise and causing her not to be able to drive for an hour.” Allegedly, there were several witnesses to the attack on Cynthia in the store, and no one came to her aid. WOTSR received pictures from a trusted source showing a large bruise on Cynthia’s leg.

Sources close to Cynthia say she was hesitant to file a police report at the time of the incident because she was afraid no one would believe her. In the police report that Cynthia filed against Molly, she stated, “she did not report the incident when it happened due to her having a business and being on television with Mrs. Hopkins. Mrs. Decker did not want anything to be done about this incident but just wanted it on record in case something else happens.”

Cynthia was worried for her safety. Sources close to Cynthia say that verbal abuse by Molly was a regular occurrence, and now Molly has physically attacked Cynthia. She had every right to be worried for her safety. But was there more for her to be concerned about?

Molly’s DUI convictions are the worst-kept secret at LiviRae Lingerie. Molly has three DUI convictions on record. Molly allegedly received a warning that she would lose her license if caught drinking and driving again. Molly is also a speed demon. She has multiple speeding violations on her record as well.

Then there is Molly’s oldest daughter, Olivia. Cynthia had to call the police on her the previous day – January 22, 2023. When Molly is out of town, Olivia is “in charge.” As previously reported, Olivia and her boyfriend were at the store that particular day. Cynthia felt the need to get the authorities involved.

Olivia’s history with the police is no secret, either. She was arrested for assaulting her mother during an argument. Her mother even took a restraining order against her at one point. This is who Molly had “in charge” while she was out of town.

Then there was Matt – Olivia’s boyfriend. Matt (Joshua) and Olivia were the catalysts behind the problems between Kelly Brown and Olivia. Kelly – Molly’s love interest from “The Single Life” had relocated from NYC to GA and was starting to see the dynamics. It turns out – Matt also has a criminal past. This was also someone else Cynthia had to deal with daily.

According to a source close to Kelly, being a retired NYPD detective made Kelly leerier of him. Matt was always around – whether at the store or Molly’s home. It was a disagreement over Matt that was allegedly the catalyst behind Olivia sending this abusive email to Kelly, which he published on his Instagram on February 2, 2023.

Ironically, this was also the same day Olivia filed her police report against Kelly, alleging that he “choked slammed her” against a wall at LiviRae. The police officer who took the report stated, “Olivia was unable to supply me with any security footage but stated that Cynthia Richards was the only one who had access to the footage. Olivia had marks on her neck after the incident, and said Molly should have pictures of them on her phone. I attempted to call both the witnesses, but neither of them answered.” As reported by Merrypants, the cases have been deemed closed by Cobb County Sheriff’s Office investigators who believe there was insufficient evidence to pursue an arrest or actual criminal charges. Cynthia further stated that she had no access to any security footage or knowledge of any incident at the store.

LiviRae Lingerie recently posted a reel introducing Olivia as the “Livi” in “LiviRae” and a Senior Bra fitter for two years. Olivia proceeds to give a tour of the store and explains what her favorite three bras are. According to sources close to Cynthia and Molly, Cynthia was known as the creative mind behind LiviRae, and Molly was more the “business mind .” Cynthia designed the shirt Olivia was wearing in the reel.

One of Molly’s business decisions was to hire Monique – the store’s manager. Monique was arrested in 2012 with her ex-boyfriend and 29 others in a massive unemployment fraud ring in New Jersey. Thirty-one people were arrested and charged for defrauding New Jersey state unemployment benefits in 2012. They were filing and collecting fake unemployment claims. Some claims were even in the names of dead people. 

While Kelly – a retired NYPD detective – fought to clear his name from Olivia’s false accusations, Cynthia found herself in a nightmare she couldn’t wake up from. The business she helped build and poured her heart into was now being torn away from her. Molly filed a lawsuit accusing her of “abandoning” their business. Cynthia now has a lawsuit to defend herself against.

While Molly filled LiviRae with characters like this – people like Kelly and Cynthia are left to defend themselves and pick up the pieces. Once again, this is all a result of the collateral damage of Molly’s actions.
