90 Day Fiancé: Loren’s “Mommy Makeover”

Loren Brovarnik started her journey on season 3 of 90 Day Fiancé with her then-fiancé Alexei. Viewers have watched over the years as Loren and Alex expanded their family, having three children in three years. They have two boys – Shai and Asher, and a little girl – Ariel. Having three children in such a short period has inspired Loren to undergo a “mommy makeover.”

Loren announced on her Instagram she would be having a “natural mommy makeover.” As she explained in her caption – she was referred to her surgeon by a childhood friend, who specializes in doing these procedures in a “more natural way.”

Loren explains – “I have abdominal diastasis which is uncomfortable for me , so i’ve opted to do a tummy tuck to bring my muscles back together. We know I’ve been very open about wanting to enhance my breasts, so l am doing a 360 lipo and fat transfer to my boobs. Doing it a more natural approach is the best way to go.”

Some fans – however, called Loren out on an almost contradictory statement – calling plastic surgery procedures “all-natural.”

90 Day Fiancé Pillow Talk cast member Shaeeda Hazziez weighed in on the subject, throwing her support behind Loren, saying: “I always tell my students that abdominal diastasis can’t be healed under no exercise- the only way to remove that excess stretched skin due to pregnancies is surgical! All the best my darling! Do you! Can’t wait and I support you, 1000%.”

Fellow Pillow Talk cast members Veronica Rodriguez and Anny Fernandez also support Loren’s “Mommy’s Makeover.”

When a viewer pointed out Molly didn’t take the time to wish her well, and the comment sounded like a ploy to sell more bras from Livi Lingerie – Molly pointed out Loren will need post-surgical garments and she “gifted most 90 day girls bras. I said nothing about charging her. I typically give a lot, and that was reason for my post”.

Loren has kept her followers updated on the progress of her recovery. First, she wished everyone a Happy Jewish New Year.

Then, she shared that she visited her surgeon’s office to have her drains removed one-week post-surgery. Loren speaks of her surgeon and his staff in glowing terms and highly recommends them.

Loren is still recovering, and as a busy mother of “three under three years old,” she deserves to do something nice for herself that will make her happy and help her feel more confident about her postpartum body.
