SPOILER! 90 Day Fiancé: “90-Day Therapy”: The “Last Resort” For Some 90 Day Couples?

The news is out! There is a new 90 Day Fiancé “spin-off” on the horizon. Sources tell WOTSR it is due to air in August 2023, which means 90 Day Fiancé fans won’t have to wait very long. The series was filmed early January 2023 in Key West, FL. Which cast members can we expect to see return for some “90 Day Therapy” as a “Last Resort” to save their relationships?

Molly Hopkins & Kelly Brown – 90 Day Fiancé The Single Life

As previously reported, Kelly was convinced by Molly to film this “90 Therapy” show as a “Last Resort” to try to save their relationship. Even though Kelly had been dealing with numerous incidents involving Olivia – Molly’s grown daughter – Kelly decided to try this therapy as a “last resort.” On the other hand, Molly wasn’t taking it too seriously – chatting it up with her ex-boyfriend days before filming.

While Kelly cries during group therapy sessions with his co-stars and Dr. J, their counselor on-screen – Molly goes back to her room off-screen and allegedly continues to chat with her ex and her current love interest – her self-proclaimed “prison kingpin.” Find out more about him here.

Asuelu Pulaa and Kalani Faagata 90 Day Fiancé Season 6

As previously reported by the Instagram account Mac.and.Chisme Asuelu’s problem all started with a “hall pass”. Asuelu cheated on Kalani during a trip home to Samoa. Desperate to save his marriage and his family – according to a source close to the show – Asuelu offered Kalani a “hall pass.” Someone she could have a “causal affair with.” The problem started when Kalani started to have deep feelings for her “hall pass.”

According to the source – Kalani’s “hall pass” is everything Asuelu isn’t. He’s older and financially stable. Asuelu is now more terrified that he will lose his family than ever. He sees that his plan is backfiring in his face. Even worse is when Dr. J uses the “hall pass” as a “last resort” in their counseling sessions.

As also posted by Mac.and.Chisme. – Kalani’s father, Low, allegedly even stayed at the resort where the show was filmed and left a Google review about it.

Jovi and Yara Dufren 90 Day Fiancé Season 6

When viewers last saw Jovi and Yara, they were at an impasse – Yara wanted new breasts, and Jovi wished to expand their family. Yara’s breasts won, and Yara is on birth control – Jovi has major trust issues. He does not understand why his wife doesn’t want to settle down and have a second child already. On the other hand, Yara sees the world as her runway -literally – and isn’t ready for a second child.

While Jovi and Yara discuss with Dr. J on screen his desire to expand their family and her desire to live her life the way she wants for now – off-screen, Yara allegedly treated the beautiful Key West resort as her runaway with her dutiful photographer/husband by her side.

Yara has also made sure to compliment both her surgeon Dr Michael Obeng and her husband/photographer on his photography skills in prior posts on her social media.

Ed Brown & Liz Woods- 90 Day Fiancé

Liz wants to be heard by Ed. Ed doesn’t know if he can trust Liz. Huge communication issues. Ed is thinking about a huge move to Arkansas. Liz just got a huge promotion to partner at her job. Liz feels like Ed doesn’t listen to her. Ed feels like he can’t trust Liz. Liz cries a lot. Ed cries a lot. Dr. J. tries to mediate a compromise. Dr. J’s counseling seems to work because Ed, Liz, and her daughter just spent Father’s Day together as a happy little family.

While Liz cried on screen about her feelings for Ed, allegedly – according to sources close to the show – there was a lot of crying off camera for Liz as well. While other cast members would console and advise her, Ed mingles and drinks with others, such as Angela and Molly. Fans spotted Ed, Liz and Angela and took pictures, such as these selfies shared by a fan on her social media.

Ed was quite the social butterfly during this trip that was supposed to be about fixing his relationship – the “last resort.” A source tells WOTSR Liz allegedly stayed in her room alone while Ed socialized with his other cast mates, having dinner, drinks, etc., until late night hours.

Angela Deem & Michael Ilesanmi 90 Day Fiancé

Angela Deem arrived solo. Michael is still in Nigeria, but she is still yelling at him via FaceTime on her phone or Zoom – depending on which the moment calls for. The issues are still the same. Angela “doesn’t trust Michael as far as she can throw him.” During their “therapy” sessions with Dr. J, she screams at Michael on a monitor. She screams at Dr. J. She screams at Yara. She screams at everyone.

Off-screen, when she isn’t allegedly at the bar with Ed and Molly – she’s screaming at Michael on her phone. As usual with Angela, there is a lot of screaming going on, which may be why the resort received this TripAdvisor review from another guest staying there during the same period as the “90 Day Therapy” cast.

Dr. J – the expert there as a “last resort,” tries his best to help these couples with their “issues.” But did he have a chance? With Molly allegedly texting two men off-screen, Kalani’s “hall pass” on the property, and Ed ignoring Liz’s emotional needs all still happening when the cameras weren’t rolling- it looks like this “last resort” was the last stop.

While Dr. J is a relationship expert and had the best intentions to help these couples as a “last resort” in their relationships- the “90 Day Therapy” didn’t help. Dr. J tried his best, but unfortunately – his “last resort’ for these couples wasn’t enough.
