Olivia Hopkins: Pleads Guilty?! Details

In another chapter of this story, Olivia Hopkins – the daughter of 90 Day Fiancé: Single Life cast member Molly Hopkins – pleads guilty to violating her probation in Cherokee County, GA court. As previously reported, Olivia was arrested again on April 4, 2023, for multiple probation violations. According to the arrest warrant issued on March 17, 2023, Olivia apparently was in possession of fentanyl by consumption, on or about 3/1/23” She also violated for “failure to enter a Family Violence Intervention Program within 14 days of sentencing”.

Olivia’s court appearance occurred on April 26, 2023, and she pleaded guilty to the probation violation. Olivia waived her right to appear in court and call any witnesses. The court ordered Olivia to serve forty-five days in jail starting and start receiving the credit from the date of her original arrest – April 4, 2023. But, according to the online service VINE – Olivia has already been released.

As previously reported, Olivia has known to be in the middle of drama between both Kelly and Cynthia. Now, Olivia has violated her probation for a “ Simple Battery FVA” incident for which she is serving a twelve-month sentence that began on February 27, 2023. All this resulted from an attack on her mother, Molly, in October 2020.

Molly continues to fit women for bras across the country and promotes Plexus.

As for Cynthia, she is keeping herself busy creating custom artwork for sale.
