Gabe has a friend in Colombia that speaks English fluently and it makes Isabel crazy. She thinks Trey is a bad influence on Gabe and hates when they hang out together. Gabe and Isabel then head to her parents house. Isabel’s parents were happy to see them but insist they sleep in their own separate bedrooms. Isabel’s parents were very happy that Isabel has found a good man in her life. Gabe is very nervous to tell Isabel’s parents he is transsexual because her father’s strong religious convictions.

Jen had a conversation with Rishi where she expresses her reservations about wife training and living in a joint family situation. She insists that this is not the ideal situation for her – being she has two Master’s Degrees and all. Later – Jen meets with an attorney to check the fine print of the her visa. She obviously did not read it. She has to leave the country in thirty days and re-apply for another visa. It turns out Jen applied for a single entry visa.

Kris woke up on day five in severe pain. The shot she received from the doctor Jeymni brought to her didn’t work. Kris stood in bed while Jeymni went to meet her friends for dinner. Her friends tried to have Jeymni see that Kris’ problems were a list of red flags she needed to worry about.

Mahmoud and Nicole are still in a power struggle over clothing. After their argument, they go to see Mahmoud’s uncle. Nicole shows them her designs. Mahmoud’s uncle questions why Nicole refuses to wear a hijab and reminds Mahmoud it is his duty to educate his wife in the teachings of Islam.

Finally, Debbie arrives at the resort in Rabat with Osama. She thinks she has truly landed in her happily ever after fairy tale. She sits down with Osama to clarify their plans after leaving the resort. She wants to see how long Osama intends for them to live with his parents before they get their own apartment and live on their own. She is shocked to hear that Osama wants her to return home after two months. He insists on “getting to know each other better” before pushing it further. Debbie is furious.
