Does Libby’s Dad Chuck Have A New Love? Or Purely Business?

This season of 90 Day Fiancé: HEA is finally over. With the conclusion of a four-part Tell-All event, viewers are looking forward to the premiere of a new season of 90 Day Fiancé: The Other Way. A new season, unique couples. Speaking of new couples, is there a new couple alert from HEA?

Libby’s father, Chuck Potthast, had expressed his desire to test out the dating waters again during this season of HEA. Chuck even tried to go out on a date. He even asked Libby and Andrei to double-date with him. But sadly, Chuck’s date was stuck at the doctor’s office, and she could not make it.

Chuck recently posted several social media posts with a pretty lady that raised eyebrows. Could this be a possible new love match for Chuck?

Chuck not only went to dinner with this lovely lady Sadie. They also went for a drive, where they discussed their smoking options. Chuck holds what looks like a vape pen in his hand.

Chuck assures fans that he and Sadie are just business associates. No love connection here. Chuck insists in response to a fan saying he and Sadie make a cute couple.

Sadie O’Gara, according to her Realtor.com bio, would be an asset to Chuck and his property management business. According to Sadie’s bio, she grew up on the Gulf Coast and is licensed in Alabama and Florida. She also states in her bio, “Through hard work and charisma. I am passionate about creating effective listings that sell and buyers find the perfect property that meets all their wants and needs.”

Chuck’s real estate company, CMP Management LLC, would have used services from an experienced real estate broker like Ms. O’Hara. It would make sense that they would be spending time together for business. But considering Chuck is single and expressing a desire to date again, is this his subtle way of testing the waters again?

One thing for sure is Chuck loves his role as grandpa. He recently shared a picture from Ellie’s birthday party with Aunt Becky. Chuck’s love for his family is evident.
