Ashley and Travis went home to meet Travis’ mom. Even though they are broke they had to bring a gift. Mom immediately realizes they are broke and homeless and offers them a place to stay in her basement. Ashley doesn’t want to live under a microscope and Travis wants to figure it out on his own. So Travis turns down his mother’s generous offer. Fans expressed their displeasure at this decision.
Speaking of families, Cameron reunited with the rest of his family that was unable to attend his wedding. There was one problem, Aris was too hungover from her wedding festivities to attend this party and meet the rest of the family. This did not sit too well with them. The resulting confrontation had viewers expressing their opinions.

Fans were not focused on the Nathan/Skylar storyline this week. They were instead focused Nathan’s offensive language while confronting Skylar’s friend calling her and the fact it was finally addressed in the form of an apology message shown in the beginning of the episode.

Derek met up with his siblings to visit his mother’s gravesite. He explained the tragic story behind his mother’s murder. Before they went to they gravesite however, Derek’s sisters took one more opportunity to bash Monique. Viewers expressed their opinions about this as well.
