90 Day Fiancé: Nikki Exotika – Criminal Record!

On season ten of 90 Day Fiancé, viewers are introduced to Nicole Sanders, a/k/a Niki Exotika, and her Moldovan fiancé Igor, whom she renamed Justin when they first met fifteen years ago. Their love story is very unique. Nikki is trans, and Justin only found out during an argument after arriving on a K-1 visa fifteen years ago in the United States. Justin returned to Moldova shocked and depressed.

Fifteen years later -they decided to give their love another try. Justin and Nikki reconnected and reignited their love. Justin proposed again, and Nikki re-applied for another K1 visa. Season ten of 90 Day Fiancé will show viewers the couple’s struggles. Nikki and Justin share a joint Instagram account where they shared a K1 visa update in May, saying, “11 months waiting on our k1 Visa. Any day now we should hear some good news”.

According to Nikki’s official website, her journey started at a very young age, performing on a microphone she was given for Christmas by her mother. Nikki would sing and perform to Madonna; while in school, she was in the marching band, theater club, and choir. All she ever wanted to be was a star. According to Nikki’s site, she started traveling to NYC after graduating to discover herself, and that’s when she realized she was trans.

Did some of Nikki’s past deeds “in the night” get her into trouble with the law? According to Cook County, IL court records, Nicole Sanders, a/k/a Nikki Exotika, was arrested on July 20, 2005, and charged with a Class A Misdemeanor for Prostitution.

According to a news release from the Hudson County Prosecutor’s Office of New Jersey, Nicole was also arrested on July 25, 2023.

“On Tuesday, July 25, 2023, members of the Hudson County Prosecutor’s Office Insurance Fraud Unit arrested a Union City woman following an investigation into unlawful payments of medical benefits. Nicole Sanders, 47, is charged with Theft by Deception in violation of NJSA 2C:20-4, a crime of the third degree, and False Reporting to Medicaid in violation of NJSA 30:4d-17b(2), a crime of the third degree. She was arrested at the Hudson County Prosecutor’s Office in Secaucus and released on a summons pending her first court appearance, which is tentatively scheduled for Tuesday, August 8, 2023. The investigation found Sanders failed to report income from a business she owns, resulting in an unlawful payment of more than $70,000 in medical benefits from NJ FamilyCare between 2017 and 2021.”

A search of the New Jersey criminal court system did not show Nicole’s case as being closed or dismissed. WOTSR will provide more updates as they become available.
