Love During Lockup: Dustin In Custody!

WOTSR was able to get a copy of the police report relating to the incident where Dustin was finally taken into custody. Dustin has had an active warrant out for his arrest for the attack on Jessika back in February and is also a suspect in a car jacking in his home state of Tennesse.

It seems Dustin and the arresting officer in this case – Officer Robert Jackson- have some history. Once Dustin spotted Officer Jackson in the Circle K parking lot in Nassau County, Florida, Dustin exclaimed “nah, Jackson come on” and took off on foot. Officer Jackson drew his Taser and Dustin complied and was taken into custody.

In the second season of Love During Lockup, Jessica fell hard for “felon” Dustin Phillips. She even quit her Department of Corrections nurse job to pursue a serious romantic relationship with him. Jessica was willing to move away from her family in Florida and start a new life with Dustin. They even got matching tattoos.

As previously reported, it all came crashing down for Jessica on February 8, 2023, when she returned to Dustin in bed with another woman in their home. To add insult to injury, Dustin physically attacked her and tried to steal her car.

While Dustin has avoided arrest for the attack on Jessica until now – and is a suspect in a carjacking – the law has finally caught up to him. Dustin appears in his newest mugshot for a misdemeanor charge of resisting arrest when the police attempted to arrest him for outstanding warrants in Tennessee.

Dustin has been charged with a misdemeanor crime for “resisting with an outstanding violation,” his bond is currently set at $5,002.00. As of press time, Dustin is still in custody.

Jessica is trying her best to move forward with her life. She has covered up one of her “Dustin” tattoos. She has exclusively revealed to WOTSR she will be covering up the infamous tattoo on her stomach next.

With Dustin finally behind bars, Jessica can breathe a sigh of relief – for now. Here’s to hoping that all parties involved can finally find some peace. Dustin will have to refind his sobriety before that happens, and we can only hope he does so before it is too late.
