90 Day Fiancé: The Other Way – Kris: A Family History of Illegal Drugs?

This season on 90 Day Fiancé: The Other Way Kris Foster and Jeymni Noguera’s relationship has been turbulent from the beginning. Fans questioned their judgment from the start. Kris was moving to Colombia and getting married nine days after arriving. The couple had never met in person.

Kris and Jeymni also had trust issues. Kris had planned to visit Jeymni before but got cold feet. She ghosted Jeymni for a month. Jeymni decided to seek other fish in the sea during this time. Kris and Jeymni decided their loved would trump all, and Kris would move to Colombia to be with Jeymni. Kris – whose medical issues include a broken neck, back, and narcolepsy- was not adjusting well upon her arrival in Colombia. Kris was practically bedridden in pain for the first few days after the flight. One of her first stops in Colombia was the pharmacy – for non-mint toothpaste and painkillers.

Then there was Kris’ legal issue back in Alabama. The rare motorcycle that her father left her was stolen, and she may have to return home to testify. Then after she and Jeymni married – Kris did have to return home. However, it wasn’t for the motorcycle case – she has bank issues. Kris has to leave Jeymni and fly back home to deal with these “banking issues” and get her narcolepsy medication refills – which she just realized they do not carry in Colombia.

Four months later, when Jeymni confronts her spouse about not taking her calls or answering texts, Kris’ explanation is she’s “working odd jobs to send home money to support you!” Fans have begun to speculate whether Kris has a drug addiction, which is why she is so desperate to return to the United States.

It turns out that Kris’ brother has an extensive arrest history for drug arrests and was involved in a drug raid in 2021 which resulted in police confiscating “drug paraphernalia, 19.7 grams of meth in plastic bags, .68 grams of heroin and assorted pills”. Could this be the beginning of Kris’ possible drug problems?

According to mynwapaper.com “The sheriff’s office acted upon complaints they had received about possible drug activity on County Road 20 by setting up surveillance. After sheriff’s officials were able to determine the house was being used as a location to sell drugs, they conducted a controlled narcotics buy from the residence…..went to the residence and located Warren, who had an active warrant for failure to pay child support, as well as a felony distribution warrant with the sheriff’s office.”

Ultimately Marcus Warren “was charged with distribution of a controlled substance, failure to pay $25,000 in child support, possession of a controlled substance, possession of marijuana second degree and possession of drug paraphernalia”.

Marcus Warren has been arrested in various states. He has arrests in Alabama, Florida, and North Carolina for multiple offenses, from fishing without proper permits to drug possession to domestic violence.

Fans are speculating about Kris’ medical conditions and her possible addiction to painkillers.
